The Office of the Vice-President is located at 30 Avenue Farquhar, Quatre-Bornes. It is administratively managed by an Officer-in-Charge, who is supported by staff of the General Services and the Workmen’s Class.
 
The Aide-de-Camp to the Vice-President looks after the daily programme of the Vice-President, accompanies him to official functions and makes all security arrangements.
 
A Personal Secretary performs secretarial duties for the Vice-President and the Office.
The Office has its own budget.
