The Office of the Vice-President is established under the constitution of Mauritius

The Office
  • provides round the clock support to the Vice-President of the Republic
  • is responsible for the communication of the Vice-President​
  • plans and makes arrangements for the reception of visitors
  • organizes and prepares the time schedule of the Vice-President
  • ensures security of the Vice-President
  • manages the personnel of the institution​
